Architectural 3D Rendering & Visualization Services
Architectural 3D rendering is the creation of photorealistic images from a building model. Lighting, materials, context, and cameras are applied to BIM or CAD geometry and computed into still images or animations that show how a space will look, used for design review, approvals, and marketing.
A rendering communicates a design in a way that plans and sections cannot. By applying realistic materials, natural and artificial lighting, landscaping, and surrounding context to a model, a photorealistic image lets clients, planners, and buyers judge a scheme on how it will actually look and feel. It removes ambiguity from approvals and gives marketing teams compelling imagery months before completion.
Powerkh produces exterior, interior, and aerial CGI directly from your Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, or CAD models. We set up cameras, materials, lighting, and environment, then render high-resolution stills, walkthrough animations, and 360-degree panoramas. Because we work natively in BIM, changes to the model flow into updated visuals quickly, keeping imagery aligned with the current design.
Why Choose Powerkh for Visualization
Straight from your BIM model
We render from your existing Revit or CAD geometry, so visuals match the real design and update as the model changes.
Photorealistic quality
Physically based materials, accurate daylighting, and studied compositions produce images that read as photographs, not diagrams.
Approvals and marketing in one
The same imagery supports planning submissions, investor presentations, and sales campaigns, getting more value from one production.
Fast, hourly pricing
You pay only for the hours the imagery needs, with a free quote up front and payment only after we deliver the visuals.
Our 3D Rendering Services
Exterior rendering
Photorealistic facades set in real context with landscaping, people, and studied daylight for approvals and marketing.
Interior rendering
Furnished, lit interiors that convey materials, finishes, and atmosphere for design sign-off and sales imagery.
Aerial and massing views
Bird's-eye and massing renders that place a scheme in its site and skyline for masterplanning and stakeholder review.
Walkthrough animation
Camera-path animations that move through and around a building to tell its spatial story in motion.
360-degree panoramas
Interactive panoramic renders viewers can explore in a browser or headset for immersive presentations.
Real-time visualization
Live, navigable scenes built in real-time engines for interactive design review and client walkthroughs.
Our Rendering Process
-
Brief and quote
We review your model, references, and the views you need, agree resolution and deliverables, and provide a free quote.
-
Scene setup
We import the model, build cameras and composition, and set up context, materials, and lighting to match your intent.
-
Draft renders
We share low-resolution draft views so you can direct camera, lighting, mood, and materials before final production.
-
Final rendering
We compute high-resolution stills or animations and post-process them for color, contrast, and atmosphere.
-
Delivery and revisions
You receive the final imagery in your required formats, with a round of revisions to fine-tune the results.

FAQ
What do you need to start a rendering project?
A 3D model in Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or a common CAD format, plus reference images for materials and mood, the camera views you want, and the output resolution. If you only have 2D drawings, we can build the model first as a separate step.
Can you render directly from our Revit model?
Yes. We work natively from BIM, so we render straight from your Revit geometry. Because the visuals link back to the model, design changes can be reflected in updated imagery without rebuilding scenes from scratch.
What formats do you deliver?
High-resolution still images in JPEG, PNG, or TIFF, animations as MP4 video, and interactive 360-degree panoramas viewable in a browser or headset. We deliver at the resolution your approvals or marketing require and can supply layered files on request.
How many revisions are included?
We share draft views early so you can direct camera, lighting, and materials before final rendering, then include a round of revisions on the final imagery. Additional revision rounds are quoted at our hourly rate.
How much does architectural rendering cost?
Powerkh uses hourly pricing. After reviewing your model, the number of views, and the level of detail, we provide a free quote with accurate hour estimates, and you pay only after we deliver the final visuals.
