What do you need from us to start a 5D BIM project?

A 3D model (Revit or IFC), your cost breakdown structure or estimating template, and — for cashflow work — the project schedule. If you only have 2D drawings, our modeling team builds the BIM model first.

How is 5D BIM different from a standalone quantity takeoff?

A quantity takeoff delivers measured quantities for your estimators to price. 5D BIM goes further: quantities stay linked to the model and the schedule, so costs update with design changes and can be phased over time as cashflow.

Do we need a 4D schedule before starting 5D?

No. Quantity extraction and cost planning work from the model alone. A 4D model–schedule link, which we also build, unlocks cashflow forecasting — the two dimensions complement each other but can start independently.

What deliverables do we receive?
